Hopefully you get value for what you pay for
Its solid made & was expensive for what it is but it had to come from overseas which bumped up the price - but it was enjoyed by my 5 year old granddaughter - so worth it.

Disappointed but time to move on.
My last juicer was a Braun and I have loved it for 30 years. The motor was still excellent but I cracked the plastic juice catcher by dropping it and I could not find a replacement here. Like all things current new items are not built to last like they used to and I find the motor of this new product noisy and it doesn't run smoothly like my old one but it's too costly to return to the UK so I'll just use it until I can't stand the noise any more and then buy something I can try out at a local store. Even the plastic juice catcher is less substantial than my last one so I guess it's all about built in obsolescence which is sad because I will no longer look for other Braun products in future!
