Useful little device

I think this does help with muscle aches and pains, cramps. I did read that a massager may help with water retention, I have oedema a,d also get DVT in my legs, so I asked my doctor , and she said if I want to use one that#s fine, but due to being on warfarin I may bruise more easily. I did wonder if it would help reduce cellulite. fatty deposits, I think a little bit , skin feels a bit smoother, tho doctor said there wasn't clear evidence that this was a benefit. I do think it has helped a little with fluid retention , as areas that were sore to the touch aren't so sore now, so I think it has displaced some fluid build up. and plus I feel I need to wee about 1/2 hour or so after using it , so I think it has helped reduce fluid, which is one of the reasons I bought it. as well as for relief of stiff, aching muscles and cramps.
