Good, effective fan with a couple of 'could be better designed' features. Would still buy again though.
Nice, smart design, very effective at shifting air, especially on higher speed. Not the quietest fan i have ever owned, but not the noisiest either, especially on the lower speeds. I have a DC brushless motor fan in my bedroom which is very quiet, but was way more expensive and that is great for use overnight when i want a good airflow but quiet volume. This one is in the lounge and sits in a corner of the room, mainly to move the air around on very hot days, to help remove any cooking 'haze' that wafts in from the kitchen and to work, with the oscillating function, to help washing dry quicker. It is best at these tasks on the higher speed and it works well for all three tasks, especially when trying to dry duvet covers, towels etc as the heads can be positioned angled at different parts of the washing, so the drying effect is maximized. The fans can all be operated individually both for on/off and speed, so you can have as much or as little breeze as you like. .
Some design things that aren't 'bad', but are less than optimal: The controls are touch pads on the top of the handle, they are very smart, but when you pick the fan up to move - it isn't 'heavy' but it's not 'light', you need a firm grip - this generally turns it on/off depending on its status before you picked it up! The remote is handy but needs to be pointed fairly well at the sensor in the handle, so you need line of sight. The green lights on the top of the handle are very bright in a dark room, if there's a way of deactivating them, I've not found it. Simple to solve - just chuck a duster/tea towel etc over them - but be careful to position well if you want to use the remote.

Good quality
Fits well, seems well made and unlikely to 'fall apart at the seams' like others I have had in the past. The packaging seemed a bit fancy for what it is, but it did suggest good quality.

Looks good, works well
I ordered two of these. One came partially filled, but ran out quickly. The other didn't work at all and i thought it was faulty. I bought some butane and filled them both and they are now both working fine.
