Good introduction to fermenting
1 of 1 found this helpful Well laid out with clear guidance on kit and the basic science. Haven't had a chance to eat anything that I've made yet but instructions were straightforward. Quite a few recipes require ingredients that are not readily available from supermarkets but I'm not sure how limiting that is for the intended audience.
