They were not going out with each other...Get hooked on this and you'll not be going out either!! :-)
This show is very welcome return to the best of British comedy, that is sadly missing from many other shows that just try to "do something different" and end up as half-baked and unwatchable.
All the characters work very well together across the spectrum of humour generated by their individual roles. This is a very well thought through {future proof / non-fad} production that has the potential of bringing in a whole host of other characters to the mix, as it has already done in later episodes with the [spoiler alert!] family-based sitcom it progresses to. That being said it is Sally Bretton's amazing acting skills coupled with Lee Mack's jokes / puns that bond their chemistry into something special, which brings a third dimension to the screen.
Just one other small noteworthy point: Maybe include better numbering on the discs inside the box regarding the series / episode content, or was that me getting confused?
