Useless piece of kit.
Advertised for, amongst other things, cutting herbs. In theory, it should do so but all it does is squash them without cutting. They scissors are large and cumbersome; okay for a male hand but difficult for a female, even with medium sized hands, to use. Very disappointed. Would probably shred paper fine but I already have an electric shredder!

Not a disappointment
Excellent value for money, with all the features of more expensive brands and with non of the disadvantages of cheaper brands. The colour is great. When I first looked at the advert, I thought the one compromise was the colour of the parasol shade. However, upon receipt I realise that the colour is much more preferable to white/stone and blends into the garden much better. No bad points - the sun has even arrived now!!

Good value for money.
While I wouldn't apply the word 'amazing' to this product, it is excellent and certainly is living up to my expectations. It replaces an old faithful of many years and has happily and successfully done so. The instructions could be a little more explicit, especially for those of us who are not familiar with up-to-date functions. That said, learning through doing is the way to go! It is quiet and comes with all the functions and programmes that I require. It is too early to comment on efficiency regarding power or water consumption but I hope it lives up to its rating. The powder drawer is a little sticky, which is annoying. The trim on the door is a bit obvious for my liking but that is forgiven by the general overall performance. The installation is tricky and requires both knowledge and strength but does not require the services of a professional, merely a strong and competent diy-er.
