Not a metre but ok
Not a metre as advertised but convincing from a short distance. I'm having great fun with the neighbours and passing walkers. So I'm happy with them

Towers above the rest!
Ok I didn't use it on shoes, I didn't even use it on leather. I used it to blacken a rusted but cleaned up front of an iron Coalbrookdale made safe. A blacksmith suggested I use beeswax and he was right! The front of my iron safe now looks great and it cost a third of what I could have paid for some fancy jumped-up iron cleaning products out there. And the price is good too! Recommended but only on cold iron Folks! Hot stove cleaning is another story
