Hotpoint Indesit Fridge Freezer Electronic Card Thermostat

Damaged on arrival because of insufficient packaging

It was not send with appropriate packaging (only a single sheet of bubble-wrap around it, inside a paper envelope). The item was significantly damaged on arrival and I had to re-soulder it to mend it. As it is a delicate item I expected more careful packaging to avoid damage.
