It's a useful book for learners and is in good condition.

Good pole
The pole is substantial and rigid at full extension. It just about reaches upstairs windows of modern house - I am 1.8m tall. I wouldn't even consider using it with water. It can't work. The brush is way too heavy and is in danger of damaging pole. The wash pad is OK. The biggest disappointment is the squeegee. At ground level you can find the right angle but it doesn't work at heights.

Disappointing
This is not nearly as stylish in real life as in the photo. I bought this to match the Bisk Arktic toothbrush holder but when they are side by side they don't look neat. The soap dispenser needs 2+ pump actions each time to get enough soap.
