Easy to use, easy to install.
Hoist - not yet tested with full 180kg load, but perfectly adequate so far. Smaller than expected, but works fine.

Vey tight fit which is both good and bad. Awkward to fit because it is so tight, but once fitted, it's never coming of! Just a bit pricey...hence the 4* rather than 5*.

Not the best buy I have ever made.
On arrival, it was evident that the towel ring was not hanging true, ie not at 180 degrees to the wall. I removed the ring from the ring holder, laid it on a flat surface, (because the ends needed to be level for it to hang true) and they were out by about 1/8 of an inch. I decided to place the ring in a vice and try to straighten, which has been partially successful. I negotiated a 50% reduction with the seller, and for what I paid for it, it is good value, but on reflection I would have preferred to spend a bit more and have a better quality product.
