About
I design stuff and buy/sell some things here on eBay. I run an old MG, do a fair bit of cycling so I buy bits and pieces through eBay too.

A bit small though.

Just the job ...
After driving with two candlepower sealed beam units this upgrade is the business. The tripod lamps also look cool on my 1975 MGB roadster.

A better valve IMHO
British made and a better finish/construction than the previous one I bought. I followed the fitting instructions from Kelvin (at Moss Motors) has great advice for fitting that makes complete sense. See below:
Blow through the new valve while operating the lever. When the valve seals, mark where the operating lever is located
.
When installing the valve, set the cable so that when the control is set for full closure, the arm only reaches the marked location. This will prevent the diaphragm from being crushed against the valve body, causing premature failure.
Simple when you know how.
