it's ok but the pitch of the voice often changes
i liked listening to this cd, it had great imagery and it relaxed me. For those who don't fancy relaxing with a cd that has a speaker with an American accent (like me-sorry guys-) i found the perfect solution as the lady who speaks throughout has a British accent. I found myself feeling so relaxed that in the end i was about to fall asleep! However, i was a bit annoyed sometimes when the sound of the speaker's voice had a slightly higher pitch than it had before. Other than that, i'd recommend it to all pregnant women
