Buffy the Vampire Slayer Complete Series DVD Box Set Collection 20th Anniversary

Lovely set, with some technical problems.

The DVD set was nicely packaged, and very cool; it was obviously sealed and brand new as advertised, but I've watched 2 or 3 of the discs so far and every one had some freeze-frame glitches on several episodes, and strange places where they abruptly cut several seconds off a scene (obvious from the interruption of dialog, etc). The discs look perfect, so I don't know where the freeze-frame comes from, but it's very disconcerting and messes up the enjoyment of the show a lot. Disappointing that the production of this set apparently had these problems; I've read many similar stories online, but who can tell if someone just got a bad set or something.
