Comes up small
My dog has a 30cm chest, therefore I ordered a size Small as the chest measurement range is 29-31cm (medium 46-48cm, much too big). Although I would say the coat is fairly good quality, considering the price, it is too small to fit around my dog's chest and we have had to add another strip of Velcro so that we can fasten it. I am very disappointed that it didn't fit, as it should have been perfect for her.
