Used to create non-slip non-scratch buffers/feet
2 of 2 found this helpful I couldn't find replacement rubber feet/buffers for my gas hob cast iron pan rests so I bought this little tube of heat resistant silicone and applied blobs where once there were little rubber feet. Once set, these new feet were as good as new and I now have wobble free non-scratch pan supports as good as new and at a fraction of the cost of anything comparable.
The tube was easy to handle and the product set quickly. I did a trial run and was pleased that the rest of the tube was still useable later to complete the job (other silicones have set in the nozzle in this time). Brilliant for what I needed it for.
