This was a bad purchase. Have been on to phone to PC World to try to resolve issues but bearing in mind a 12 month warranty, the back up is totally useless. Due to take up with them again this afternoon. May well bin it if no further movement.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. My wife uses a similar clock and is very pleased with it.
