Is noisy when pets scratch or move,metal trays do not sit in the cage correctly and are slanted, they offer no grip for pets when climbing the ladders

and trying to get up on the next level. Its hard to clean and reach into the side of the cage as there are only doors on the one side, thought it was two when i bought it, so i could fit larger furniture in there but its not. The cage doesn't connect to the stand with wheels, so when moving the cage you have to be careful to grip both the cage and stand at the same time or the cage moves and come out of line and even falls.
