    INITIALLY IT SAID "TRAY DELIVERED" HOWEVER THE COURIER PUT IT AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. THE SELLER WAS VERY PROMPT IN REMEDYING THE ISSUE AND SENT A REPLACEMENT. BUT WOULD YOU BELIEVE BOTH THE MISSING ONE AND THE REPLACEMENT WERE DELIVERED ON THE SAME DAY - LOOKS LIKE THE DELIVERY PERSON HAD TO RETRIEVE IT AND DELIVER IT PROPERLY. I AM KEEPING THE INITIAL ON DUE TO THE DESIGN AND RETURNING THE OTHER. THE SELLER HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SORT THIS OUT - THANK YOU - 5 STARS *****

    Once I knew the item had been posted to the wrong address I put it right straight away and dispatched another item only for the first item to turn up.
