Great gift for those who like to cook!

easy to use!
excellent product. very clear intructions with the added bonus of everything ready to start as soon as its open. graphs etc are very clear and easy to read. cottons labelled and sorted(which is usually the most time consuming part). would certainly recommend this company for anyone wanting to cross-stitch.

Decided to load windows 10 straight away! Biggest mistake ever!!! nothing worked the same afterwards and eventually I was unable to turn the machine off entirely!
Phoned the contact no. for advise, and they were very helpful.
Decision made to return item for refund.
Will however look again at this site, as I still need a new machine and the items are excellent value for money. Awaiting refund.
But will not be loading windows 10 if machine not updated - have decided I don't really need it anyway.
