Make sure you understand ambiguous technical jargon.
1 of 5 found this helpful The instructions on how to use the dongle must have been written for Einstein. At one point, it asks you to enter a particular password from the wi-fi in the house, but as there are three passwords available, and none of them work, I am unable to use the dongle. I had thought it would set it itself up, barring a few minor tweaks, but it is far more complicated than I thought it would be.
