  Seller chose an unsuitably flimsy box. It arrived crushed and torn, with both items cracked (see images attached to this feedback). Although I sent images and the items are unusable, the seller insists that only half of my original payment can be refunded unless I return the items. The seller has not apologised for thoughtless packing, and ignored my request for a name and address to which to return the items. An additional issue was delay: the seller's absence was never flagged on the listing.
