Not factory reconditioned as stated
3 of 3 found this helpful After installing the mother board the HDD indicator light did not work and the eithernet connection did not work. I can deal with the HDD indicator light not working and worked around the eithernet connection problem by installing an eithernet card. I called Gygabyte USA to see about getting my original mother board repaired as a back up and told them I purchased a factory reconditioned mother board from Hong Kong. I was told by the RMA department that Gygabyte factory does not recondition mother boards. All repairs, etc are done here at the RMA center. They told me not to waste my money sending in my original mother board as repair parts such as chip sets if they are bad have not been available for several years. I chose not to send the mother board back since for the most part it is working. Will up grade to a newer mother board when this one fails.
