You emailed after 2 business days and I said they went the previous day (which they did). Presumably arrived well within the FIVE business days (please note you ordered on a Saturday) Please check your facts before adding neutral comments as in this case you were in the wrong and this is harmful to my ebay transactions in the future.

Brilliant emergency loo
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this loo as my dad can no longer do the stairs, installing under our stairs when he comes over means he can still come over! It takes literally seconds to set up (make sure you have some of the chemicals as this one didn’t come with any) and feels just like a regular loo. flush system is the only difference but wanted him to feel comfortable and he was. Minimal chemical (or any other) smell and has been set up and used mildly for a week. Can’t see how long it is meant to be left but is no where near full or smelly so... would be great during building work or after an operation etc when someone isn’t able to get themselves to bathroom. Caravanning obviously too. Well worth the money.
