Not a good purchase. Short life on cheap plastic parts
The actual motor is very good with good suction, however the quality of the plastic parts is cheap. Therefore the hose broke within 3 weeks of normal usage. I reported this issue with the supplier several weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
The other thing is that whilst the suction is good the actual design of the hose is poor. It has very few bristles in the brush which means that it cannot clean carpets or rugs very well. It's actually more suitable for laminate, lino and other smooth surfaces. This defeats the purpose of the vacuum cleaner which I need for washing and vacuuming of my carpets.
I'm not at all impressed with the after care. Basically I have a useless machine right now with powerful suction, wheels drop off with movement because of the poor design and a broken plastic hose. I would actually just like mu money back if I cannot get the part replaced, because I only bought it a short while ago, so it's looking like a throw away product which is very bad for the environment
