    Seller did not include washers or the nut, no way to secure this on a bucket or a water crock without them, I had to go out and buy washers and a nut on my own, talked to seller about this issue, and they made claims that this was for commercial use only, the listing does not claim that, Item was 23.00 washers and nut were 7 dollars, so my total cost was 30 dollars plus my gas to fix the problem, seller states they do not accept returns, but did offer me 14 dollars for me to go away, not happy

    This product does not come with washers and nuts; it does not work with buckets. As explained to the customer this product is for water coolers not buckets. Our pictures and descriptions are very clear and nowhere including pictures do we state this product comes with washers and or nuts. We went above and beyond our policies to offer this customer a refund, but the customer wanted to keep the product and receive a refund. This feedback is not deserved, let's do better people.
