KZG RBT Driver--Hot, Strong Consistent
I had an older model KZG PFT 300 Driver that I loved. However, someone stole it with some other clubs. So, I found a good deal on a used, next generation KZG driver--the RBT 325cc. This one has the same hot face as the previous driver but a bit more heft and it is long and straight for me. It also has a stiff Fujikura shaft which is excellent for control. I personally, do not like the oversize 400cc+ driver heads and find them distracting and unnecessary. (I have many) Also, if you make solid contact with a modern faced driver with a good shaft I'm just not sure you will see much difference. In this case, my ball marks are in the center and the amount of roll I get is fantastic. This driver provides more roll than any I have owned. KZG really designed these drivers well. The face is extremely thin and has significant impact on ball speed. I have 95mph swing speed and consistently out drive expensive huge drivers all day. For those looking for a modern driver without the the size and gangly weight distribution of the new jumbo types--this is a great bet...and a bargain when used.

Fantastic Prospecting System--A whole course
I am in sales and have been for sometime. I recently purchased this book to review what I learned in Bill Good's first book; "Prospecting Your Way to Sales Success." Hot Prospects is updated in many ways from his previous work for modern prospecting and teaches a complete system using new media that was not available many years ago. Like the older book, Hot Prospects includes, letters, scripts, how to build lists, list evaluations sheets and other tools that are absolutely necessary to create a prospecting system. It would cost a significant amount of money to go to a seminar or course to learn what he teaches in this book. Everyone wants to close, but no one wants to prospect. I suppose that's whey there are so few comprehensive books on the subject of Prospecting. He blows away many myths with his approach.
Now, this is NOT a sales book, or a book of closing techniques--it is a system about How To fill the pipeline with prospects that want to buy your product or service. (The most important part of sales!!) I had much success with his first book as a financial advisor And other sales pursuits. Certainly, Bill teaches an approach to cold calling that absolutely works when you know how to do it properly. I have been very successful with the techniques used in this book and previous for many years. Embrace it--don't be afraid of it. Also, on the occasions where I have sought employment, the track record I have established never made me want for a job.
My recommendation is to read both books--after all, they are a cheap investment. Also, many people are not properly trained in prospecting--this will do it. While there are issues that came up years ago with the "Do Not call List"; he address that with alternatives. In my current capacity selling to B2B, --it's not an issue. I sell expensive tax planning services to publicly-traded companies with long sales cycles. I cold call my way in, leave drip messages, use his email campaign ideas and have put my Firm in front of multiple $20 million+ deals on a regular, annual basis. I want to stress I am not in investment sales where Bill is well-known. My product is different. However, fifteen years ago, I was using Bill's methods to bring in $500K to $1MM accounts in the brokerage business. Same methods, different service, different audience. All I can say is it works. Buy both books, save money and build or re-build your career. You don't need to have a sophisticated system, but you do need a methodology and a consistent prospecting plan. Also, this is designed to make average sales people better. I was not a natural but was developed into a sales person. My greatest ability is to prospect, find money and decision makers through phone or email, and eventually get in front of them. Bill's methods made that possible. Buy the book.

Good, Cheap Lighweight Case
Purchased this violin case for my daughter. This is made of foam with a nylon woven skin. It is lightwieght and cheap. The issue will be how durable it is over time. Mainly, the nylon stiching, the lightwieght zipper and the shoulder straps. Beyond those, this is a good case for the money and easily holds a violin and 2 bows. I do recommend usually light towels/cut tee-shirts to take up space for an immovable fit--I do this even for my best guitar cases. Also--Always place rosin, extra briges, etc...any other items in the storage areas so that nothing can move internally to damage the instrument.
