Ultimate 'Cool' of the Eighties
Great nostalgic trip down memory lane. Reminds me of my youth and aspirations then!
In reality you see it is a little dramatised but so what! The characters are larger than life but the scenery and action are wonderful. The first series always makes you want more and difficult to follow.
The image created by J Edward Olmos is so understated and cool even now

Wiper Cover
Missing from the car when purchased made it look scruffy and incomplete.
Searching on eBay came up with the genuine article. £13.99 wasn't cheap for a bit of plastic that doesn't do anything but the car looks so much better and the wiper arm bolts are not exposed to the elements.

Erin Brockovitch
Seen the film before and wanted the DVD to keep.
Plot is obvious but well worked. Girl that has had it tough, by her own making to a certain extent, but still has a good heart and determination.
It is a good escapist, feel good movie.
A triumph over adversity.
It is one of those films that is good to put on on a rainy day when you just fancy a bit of cheering up.
