Very complicated

This unit is very complicated to program. You cannot tell if the alert unit is on or off. What it needs is simplicity of use. Set temp,alarm goes off when temp is reached.

Bad data, means bad product

I was not told that it required two filters of this type to replace the original HEPA filter, that was one complete filter. So this causes me additional cost for the two filters and additional shipping charges. How was I to know that instead of the original filter that I had to buy 2, with a smaller HEPA volume/Filtering area at a higher cost?
