Zatarain's Root Beer Extract
Love this stuff! Haven't been able to find the root beer Popsicles I remember as a child.
The Zatarain's works well and tastes great. I use this recipe:
1 cup sugar*
3 cups hot water
1 tbsp Root Beer Concentrate
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp lemon juice
Stir sugar and hot water in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Root Beer Concentrate, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour mixture into 1/2-cup popsicle molds.
Freeze about 2 hours or until partially frozen. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze 2 to 3 hours longer or until frozen.
*To lower the sugar content I use half real sugar and half splenda.

Great corn holders!
The holders are easy to insert and grip. I also like that they safely slide into each other for storage.

Replacement caps
These caps allow us to keep our nalgene bottles going. The caps last a long time if you don't lift a full bottle by the cap handle. We run our bottles through the dishwasher so the plastic gets a bit brittle over time.
