Choral music

Bought this cd specifically for the track called "The Lamb". Heard it sung by the Kings College Choir on tv on Christmas Day and decided to find where I could get hold of it. I was vaguely aware of the piece having heard it before so checked it out on ebay and discovered that it was written by John Tavener. The rest of the cd is good but for me the stand out track is "The Lamb".

Do not be afraid, you won't be!

I heard the track "Lully, lulla, lullay" on Classics FM on Christmas Day and thought it was beautiful, sung by the Truro Cathedral Choir. I decided to investigate on ebay to see if I could get hold of a cd that contained this piece. Lo and behold, I found this cd featuring the Truro Cathedral Choir with the piece included. The music on this cd is by Philip Stopford, who I have to admit was somebody that I didn't know. Overall, it is a fascinating cd beautifully sung with the other tracks also being very good. So pleased to have obtained it.
