I actually expected a better product
I’ve been doing a quite of ironing with my quilting and my previous ironing board cover which I’d had for 30 years needed replacement. I ordered this particular product due to the mention of it resisting staining and scorching. It looked good and fit very well. So I’ve had it 3-4 weeks and see there are already stain marks. I had also gotten a new iron so it’s not like it could have been because of my iron. And I use either distilled or reverse osmosis water in my iron. If the staining starts to wick into my fabric I will need to replace the ironing board cover again. I am disappointed; I had expected this cover to last at least a few years. Maybe if you do very little ironing it might be fine.
