I picked up the item and they were so kind. Loaded in my car! They communicated prior to me arriving at there destination. They checked on accuracy of materials of the nutcracker and he was more beautiful than any pictures. He looked brand new! I would definitely buy again from this seller, they were wonderful.

Perfect size
Perfect size for those hard to get areas

Runs small
I'm a woman and wear a 8 1/2 my shoe is a very tight fit can barely use it, my husband can't use it all. Not worth the money.
