  Seller cancelled my winning bid because he claimed that he was called interstate for a family emergency. Amazingly, he was still able to continue with all of his other listings on eBay. I can't help feel that he cancelled the purchase because he didn't get the price that he wanted. eBay should not allow this to happen. I gave him 3 weeks to respond before placing this negative feedback but he didn't respond.
