Good movie with some satisfying moments and good performances.
I really enjoyed this movie when it was first released in the cinema and although I still class it as a good thriller, I feel that it seems dated by todays standards in the way it handled the source material.
The movie looks at a number of serious issues including sexual abuse, suicide, miscarriage, maritial breakdown and (implied) child abuse, but instead of focusing on any one of these, the movie simply touches the surface as and when the plot requires it. De-Mornay gives a chilling performance but at no times is the viewer challenged to sympathise with her as a mouring mother who has just suffered a misscarriage. The "Stable american family with cute daughter" feels a bit cliched by modern standards but the movie does provide momnents of suspense,particualry with the plotting to undermine the family.
A satisfying movie with some good moments, but predictable and cliched at time.

Samsung J700 Mobile Phone
1 of 1 found this helpful This phone comes in a shiny metalic pink finish, and looks great, but great care must be taken not to scratch it. It needs to be looked after if its pristine looks are to be maintained.
It has good features for a phone of its price, and its battery life is good. Camera is below average, but, a phone like this is designed mainly as a fashionable phone and not as a device for taking high quality prints.
Screen display is large, bright and colourful, and the "rainbow" font when a number is dialed looks fun.
The phone is made of plastic, and has a solid enough feel, although some parts are a bit plasticy. The slider mechanisim is of reasonable quality, but care should be taken not to drop the phone as
This is a nicely packaged, good looking phone for the ladies, that represents good value for money.

Very good value for money
Looks and feels like a much more expensive extractor. It was easy to install as all of the main components can be dismantled and re-assembled when wall mounted. Fitting black hood was a bit fiddly but looks good when fully assembled and goes really well with my white brick style tiles.
For a piece of equipment that is not going to be used every day but has high aesthetic appeal, I am pleased with this hood.
