  Item was late, arriving after 12 days, after RM left a card demanding another £1.50 postage. That was 15th Nov, I paid online. Manual arrived about 1pm 16th Nov. Heavier than usual so I guess a higher price. Meantime excellent seller had arranged full refund. Could not have been more helpful so I REALLY want to pay him in full. This is a rare manual of great value to me. I will contact to arrange payment.
