Great book!
1 of 2 found this helpful The book has great information that you can apply to your daily diet.It became very useful as I have read other books related to a better, healthier diet and applicable to daily life and I found this book and all it's information to be very helpful and convinient to me as I was tired of searching for a diet that I was actually sure was beneficial in the long run. Fortunately I found that in this great book and would definately recommment to everyone out there that is tired of trying all sorts of diets that mostly focus on "looks" alone but not necessarily the healthiest on the long run.
