Great for both Chuck Norris and Christopher Lee fans: action you'd expect but great characters too, with twists, surprises, and cleverly placed humour
Loved short memories of seeing some of it on TV decades ago, but most interested now because I'm a fan of Christopher Lee, who stars in this film, and also loved Chuck Norris films. Having these two characters was enough to sell it. T
The action is explosive and sure to please. Given the title, critics will likely withhold top reviews, arguing it is cliched. Despite the theme common to this and other films, where super-hero relinquishes his licence to gun and goes rogue, this is done well, better than the others I've seen. Check Norris action to me is comedic rather than brutal, as despite martial arts skills, an unarmed man cannot realistically tackle an army. Indeed, his character is referred to as an "army" in the film. Several overlapping adult themes are used in the film, not just action, with believable empathetic characters, and constant surprises, not knowing who can be trusted, with plot twists, double-crossing, mystery, and humour, all interleaved perfectly.
I recently saw a Chuck Norris boxed set but was surprised it didn't contain this movie. I was told no major store stocks it anymore, so was keen to find this collectable. No idea why off the main-store market, just glad it was still available.

Great brand cards and the price for 4 of them in bulk is incredibly cheap.
1 of 1 found this helpful These are almost certainly the most popular cards used by card magicians. I have read that if you are a card magician (I'm a hobbyist card magician) and you _don't_ use this brand of cards, you are under suspicion before you begin an act.
The cards are printed by the USPCC (United States Playing Card Company), which prints most card decks. They are made with an air-cushioning system that beats the inferior decks other card companies produce. Bicycle cards have a beautiful-feeling matt finish unlike the cheaper brands that are made of plastic, with superior handling.
You can get all sorts of extra Bicycle cards for card magic (not included here), which is not the case with most other cards.
If you just like the beautiful feeling and of the cards and play recreational games, these cards are hard to beat. Plastic card are more durable, though.
Sometimes they get damaged, perhaps from oily hands, or else the air-cushion gets damaged. They occasionally lose their touch in a couple of hours of handling, while other times people say a deck has lasted months or years. That's why I said the cards aren't durable. But with a 4 pack you can't lose.
The reason for the 5 stars is that you are buying one of the top cards made at about 1/4 of the normal price per deck, so still getting value for money. I use them regularly.
For playing card games you can't go wrong. One poor quality deck typically - straight out of the box - costs the same price as these 4. So you don't just get 4 good decks for the price of one good deck, but 4 for the price of one poor-brand card deck.
Check online and you will fine card experts list the Bicycle brand among the top few brands of playing cards.

Great, handy device for getting sound to play when connecting to a monitor that has no speakers
This handy device was easy to set up, no handyman or high-tech user required. It was intuitive and doesn't require a manual or any troubleshooting points. Worked first time.
My specific use was to get sound to play from a Nintendo NES Classic, which plays the old arcade Super Mario Brothers game, amonst others. Without this box, the HDMI cable to my computer monitor was fine, but I got no sound because the monitor doesn't have its own speakers. I use a spare monitor rather than a TV. Tehcnically, the HDMI cable does carry both audio and video, but the audio still was lost with the monitor.
All I had to do was put the box between two HDMI cables and then feed the red and white audio connectors to my Logitech speakers, and now the sound is played, not just the video. Awesome.
Using a computer monitor is handy given the cheap prices, and having the computer speakers was a cheap way of getting quality sound without having to buy an expensive amplifier.
This is just a typical use. Your situation may be different, eg. my speakers use a single black plug as input, at the other end of the red & white plugs, same cable. And different models of the same brand speakers differ with plugs offered. But the main thing is the device I bought solved my problem, and it's a typical use.
