Custom made stencils for Cavalry (crossed sabers), Infantry (crossed rifles), and Artillery (crossed cannons) from American Civil War and Indian wars up to roughly 1940s/1950s US Army accouterments.

A MUST for the Uncle Sam IFAK! US Army/Marines IFAKs are lacking Celox and they all should be issued with it!
3 of 4 found this helpful If you are a Soldier or Vet from 2001-Present and the soldiers/vets that saw what the IFAK replaced. It was an improvement over the old med kit, but not by much. The "Improved" First Aid Kit we're issued is severely lacking 2 pieces in my opinion!!! 2 more pieces of kit that could save our battles life(ves) that wouldnt take up any more significant space and still be able to fit it all in the same IFAK! Since the military wont add it due to money im guessing , its up to you to top it off with at least...1) at least two chest seals that use HYDROGEL as its sealant because that is the most effective sealing agent for skin in what they call a "sucking chest wound", esp if wet or bloody that hydrogel is the casualties best friend other than you!! I say 2 chest seals at least due to worst case scenario, a gunshot with an entrance and exit wound. You need to seal both! 2) HEMOSTATIC AGENT...i.e...Celox or Quikclot. This will help to get the blood to clot and stop or manage the bleeding after once you put the Celox in and apply appropriate pressure to the wound! So keep up on buying Celox for all medkits you have! Buy em for friends and family! Its better to have Celox and not need it than need it and not have! Celox works!!! Cav, Hooah! Ditch the Aimpoint bikini covers! Cav Trooper 19C
1 of 1 found this helpful This Is the real deal Aimpoint flip cover and highly recommended! I got my Rear cover from Mounting Solutions Plus and they had it shipped out pretty quick! Came in official Aimpoint packaging. The rear flip cover is very easy to put on, just make sure on both front and rear covers that you go to the very edge of the ocular when slipping them on! Theres a lip on the edge of the opening and you need to keep pushing it on until it catches the recessed notch on youre Aimpoint Comp. These are really nice too, in the fact that you dont have to do any prep or changing of the ocular to put these on! They just slip right over. The front was harder on my Comp for some reason. If you get it started or lined up, you can give it a twisting motion and then it seems so slide/twist on easier than just trying to muscle it straight on. Theyre designed to be tight though to not let dust in. The front is made so that you can still get your M68 ARD Kill Flash on and off with no problem. I hope this review helps all you troopers out there with your battle/duty rifle! Cav, Hooah! Scouts Out!!

Everyone needs a C.A.T...lol!
1 of 1 found this helpful In all seriousness everyone does need a CAT Tourni and in fact id go as far to say everyone needs 2 CATS in your car/truck, 2 in your boat if you fish, 2-4 in your home, and at least one on you as part of your EDC (Every Day Carry)...i.e...Pistol, Flashlight, knife, wallet, cellphone, CAT tourniquet! Speed loaded which means one set for your arm size and one set for your leg size as if your arm is injured, you can apply it with as little resistance and pain as possible! Get trained in use of it as this can save lives beyond your comprehension! We wouldnt have lost as many soldiers in Vietnam if we had this tourniquet then and packed in their IFAK! If you wear/train in a plate carrier, get a velcro rip away IFAK/med kit to deploy fast and separate from your carrier. The one pictured goes on my Assault pack, a smaller one on my plate carrier and smaller one on my belt line. Im not always using a pack so its good to have one on PC and one on belt line. Dont be ignorant or take things for granted...GET A CAT TOURNIQUET NOW!!! The amount I suggested is what you may consider overboard, but one is better than none and you really cant have enough! Give em to friends even! Id love to get one as a gift and i have probably 10 myself! The best tourniquet out there with the SOF T tourniquet in tied or close second! RATS tourniquet is a good one too for when you dont have room in your pockets or dont wear cargo pants/shorts. Great Value! Cav Trooper 19D, i thank you for potentially saving a life!!!
