  im glad as a seller it was a pleasant transaction for you. as a buyer it went from a decent transaction to beyond a bad experience. you refuse to offer support or reply to questions in trying to set up product. your store has no help on it and the little help you try to give is something you have asked 3 times already. i understand you may deal with alot of no common sense people. people like myself who have a bit of snap do not appreciate your non exixtant ways of customer service !!!
