  This is the best seller I have ever dealt with on Ebay. The item was collection only but he went out of his way to find out about the postage for me. Communication from him was excellent. A really nice down to earth guy. Item was sent almost straight away and arrived super quick. Packaging was fantastic. All as described. I couldn't be happier.   pen was ok, delivery was slow, though maybe make some allowance given the time of year, tracking number did not work, but worst of all postage was underpaid and I had to go to the sorting office to pay the excess (£1.50) and retrieve my purchase. Item was apparently sent by letter post rather than small package. Since people factor in the advertised postage when deciding what to bid, postage needs to be accurate. Could have been a genuine mistake, so have rated neutral rather than negative
