Unsure.
Not sure of its health benefits but mechanically it works.

A Good Product
I like its screen size, stability and a long battery life plus ability to change battery without tools.

Good while it worked
It worked fine until a few months later it quit working. Cause unknown. The repairmen in my city don't even want to try to fix it - it's not worth their time.
