Comprehensive Descriptions
Very comprehensive and details oils by name and use but also a section on conditions and then lists oils that may help, also really lovely book.

Mouli Replacement
Had a Mouli rotary for years and loved it, sad to find not available any longer so purchased this one instead, it is pretty efficient but not as good as the Mouli, it is also quite cumbersome and I found it quite difficult to hold (my hands not unusually small) so made grating large amounts a bit of a chore.
