Gives support and comfort
Obtained this mat for pilates classes as the mats provided do the job but very thin and my knees where marking. It is lightweight with carrying strap which is very handy and thick enough that i can do all my exercises in comfort without having to worry about my knobbly knees| Size is good and have lots of room on i and doesn't slide on the floor.As it is thick takes a couple of times to get use to performing standing exercises which need balance. Happy with this purchase

Have used this shampoo before as my dog ...
Have used this shampoo before as my dog seems to have no problems with it, last shampoo I tried before the anocol teatree shampoo gave him dandruff.
