The scent of this product was overwhelming in a bad way
Not sure about this product. I am disappointed with the scent of this product. It is very unpleasant. I don't know if it is the particular bottle that I got or if this is the scent. The product itself seems fairly good, My hair was soft and shiny. Unfortunately, I won't use it much due to the off-putting scent and price.

Not a good color
The color is awful. I thought it looked like a nice berry color, but it turned to be a rusty, unattractive color once applied. I took a chance on it and it didn't work out. That is the problem when ordering online.

Not as hoped
I have used the Nioxin 4 shampoo and conditioner and have been very pleased. I thought I would try the color safe version just to see if it would work even better on my color-treated hair. I did not like it. It left my hair frizzy and rough - disappointed to have spent the money on it. I will stick with the original Nioxin 4 set.
