When I started CPE training several yrs ago, this is the book I wish existed back then. This is a must have!

Great immune booster!
I've used this product for over a year now. I would like to take them regularly, but it is difficult to find in the adult version in my area so I save them for when I either feel a cold coming on or have been exposed to others who are sick. As soon as I feel the onset of a sore throat or other cold symptoms, I take a dose or two & it usually "nips it in the bud." They are easy to take & taste good too. They are also convenient to take along in a ziplock bag when I am away from home. I am a naturopathic practitioner (N.D.) and I highly recommend this supplement.
