TiVo remotes not working
Both remote controls failed to work. I messaged about it and was advised to try to go to settings and programme my remote ( even after me explaining that although the light flashes when I press any button they were not working, so how could I use them to go to settings!) I was promised two more sets to be sent out, two weeks later I've still not received them. This is the first negative review I've ever had to give on ebay..I'll retract if they reply to my message and deliver the goods.
