It is interesting
The book came in pristine condition. The healing modalities are good as well.

Not what I thought it was
She refers back to her first book and maybe I should have started there. I was looking for more of an applications type book to show me how to work her dietary program. This is not what this book is, this is more about healing through behavior modifications. She has a lot of case studies of people she helped.
