Ibs helper

I suffer really bad with IBS so i use tea bags to help me once a week. I find they help me much better than the doctors sachets. I normally use dieters tea but found this not to be so painful. I use 2 tea bags in one cup and the taste is actually not bad. I would say defiantly try this and I will be buying more as I get low.
