If you’re on a budget

OK, so you get what you pay for, right? This product is made to a budget - many parts that are steel or another metal on more expensive screens are plastic on this one. It means that over-tightening could be potentially disastrous, as the plastic parts are fairly critical ones, such the main mounting clamps and fixings to the actual screen. Having said that, it’s performed well so far, and only time will tell if the plastic parts resist degradation due to sunlight, age or general grime. Overall, though, not bad for the price and looks better than a number of alternatives.
