I love this chair
This chair is great. It is really sturdy and roomy. It has a wide seat and a high back which makes it incredibly comfortable. I liked the first 2 so much I went back for another 2.

This book is filled with the spirit of Karate as well as great instruction.
I have trained for nearly 40 years in Shotokan Karate, but moved away from my association to the Isle of Wight. This together with pressures of work made it very difficult to keep up with some of the complex Kata moves. I have now retired and felt the need to bring my karate back up to the proper standard.
I met Gursharan when he trained with John van Weenen. We were both members of ESKA (English Shotokan Karate Association). His style was always exceptionally good as can be seen from the photographs in his book.
The kata here are true to the original Japanese and have not been adulterated along the way.
I was hoping this book would assist me in the finer points of the last few kata I needed to fully assimilate. I was not disappointed.
The photos are clear and comprehensive and while it will not take the place of an instructor, it will certainly make the learning easier. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
It is filled with the spirit of karate rather than just being a reference book.
On a note of caution - it is for the advanced karateka.
